Found. ABOUT LAURA Laura Williams is the founder and instructor of Pilates Sculpt Bethnal Green, a popular Pilates studio in London. As a former smoker who used to carry extra weight, Laura has a strong belief that anyone can achieve their fitness goals. She is dedicated to helping people feel fitter and stronger without it feeling like a chore.
PILATES SCULPT CLASSES Pilates Sculpt is Laura's signature group exercise class. It incorporates the fundamentals of Pilates, including stability, flexibility, and strength, into a dynamic 60-minute session. The class utilises resistance bands and core sliders to add intensity and also includes stretching and traditional Matwork exercises. Participants can expect to receive two workouts in one class.
Pilates Sculpt classes are held on the Isle of Dogs in East London every Tuesday evening at Docklands Sailing and Watersports Centre.
