At Pilates Rockhampton, we offer a variety of class types to cater to different preferences and fitness levels. Our group classes include Reformer Total Body Fitness, where you can experience the complete repertoire of Reformer exercises for a total body workout. We also offer Rebounding & Barre (RnB) classes, which combine energetic Barre and Reformer Rebounding Pilates movements to burn calories, strengthen, and tone your body. For beginners, we have Reformer Beginner classes that focus on low impact, non-weight bearing exercises to improve core strength, balance, and flexibility.
If you prefer a more advanced experience, our Reformer Masterclass is perfect for you. This class offers a blend of classic and contemporary Pilates movements that target strength, stretch, and cardio.
