Pilates classes are available in two locations: Bolton and Horwich. In Bolton, classes take place in the airy and peaceful Grace Centre on Somerset Road, Heaton. This calm and serene space creates the ideal environment for movement, concentration, and relaxation. Each class in the hall has a maximum of 12 participants, ensuring personalised attention and guidance.
All necessary mats and equipment are provided, although you are welcome to bring your own if preferred. These classes are held in the evenings, making them convenient for those who work during the day. Ample parking and good local transport links are available, making it easy to attend.
In Horwich, classes are held in the Rivington One Studio on Chorley New Road. This studio offers a peaceful and light-filled space that complements the practise of Pilates perfectly. With a maximum of 10 participants per class, you can expect small and intimate sessions where you receive individualised attention. Classes are held during the day, avoiding rush hour traffic, and a convenient car park is located right outside the studio.
All necessary equipment, including mats, is provided, although you are welcome to bring your own if desired.
