With various session options, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes, there’s something for everyone. Prices are straightforward: initial assessment (£60), semi-private session (£35), private session (£60), rehab session (£60), and a 10-session package deal (£315). Mat work classes are just £12 per session for a 6-week course.
Specialty classes like Pilates on the Ball, pre-natal/post-natal Pilates, Mum & Baby Pilates, and Senior Pilates are also available. Hurry though, Claire’s sessions are limited to 7 people, so book early!
