Welcome to Pilates Nation, arguably the most highly equipped Classical Pilates studio in North London. With a dedicated team of highly trained Pilates professionals, we are here to help you achieve the best from your body through the Classical Pilates method. We utilise all the original apparatus that Joseph Pilates created, including the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Tower, the full range of Chairs, and Barrels.
Pilates is a fabulous combination of resistance training and mental focus. In your sessions at Pilates Nation, you will be concentrating on aligning your body through the movements you are performing, developing your strength, improving your flexibility, and correcting your posture. Our aim is to provide you with a great workout while teaching you the movements that are most beneficial for your body. The benefits of Pilates extend beyond the studio and find their way into every area of our lives.
At Pilates Nation, we are passionate about movement, energy, and feeling good. We believe in the power of Pilates to transform not just bodies, but minds as well. Our teachers have been expertly trained to the highest level in Classical Pilates, and we regularly attend workshops and conferences both at home and abroad to continue developing our expertise.
