They operate from home studios equipped with various Pilates equipment like the Reformer, Stability Chair, Wall Cadillac, Arc Barrels, stability balls, and small equipment. They offer personalised Pilates sessions either on a one-to-one basis or for groups of two. These sessions are suitable for both men and women of all ages and abilities.

Trish, the founder of Pilates Nailsea, has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. She began her journey as an Exercise to Music teacher and further trained in Modern Pilates and STOTT PILATES, including specialised Pilates equipment training. Trish teaches several mat work classes per week and works with clients on a one-to-one basis in her private studio. She is also passionate about teaching Fitness and Zumba classes.
Trish genuinely enjoys helping others stay fit and healthy and has a particular interest in integrating Pilates into daily lives. Her love and enthusiasm for Pilates inspire and empower her clients to make positive changes and experience the amazing benefits of this exercise method.
