Lina Lennie is the founder and owner of PilatesMeditation, a Pilates studio and meditation practise located in Newbury, New Zealand. With many years of experience, Lina is a highly skilled Pilates, Mindfulness, and Qigong teacher. Lina's journey in Pilates began in 2010 when she trained to be a Pilates teacher Level 3 with Body Control Pilates Association UK. Lina has also obtained a Level 4 Pilates Teacher and Back4Good practitioner certification, specialising in Pilates for Lower Back Pain.
