Recover. I discovered Pilates and fell in love with the method and its ability to heal and strengthen the body from within. After completing my certification, I opened Pilates Magic Ltd with the goal of helping others experience the transformative power of Pilates.

At Pilates Magic Ltd, we believe in providing a peaceful and supportive environment for our clients to achieve their body goals. Our studio is located in the heart of East Sheen and offers a range of sessions to cater to individual needs. Whether you are looking to refresh, resculpt, or rehabilitate, our fully qualified and experienced instructors are here to guide you on your journey.

Our studio is equipped with state-of-the-art Balanced Body apparatus, including a Reformer, Trapeze Table, Wundachair, and various small apparatus. We offer one-on-one and duo sessions on an appointment basis, ensuring personalised attention and guidance. We also offer small group classes for the whole population, allowing clients to benefit from the energy and camaraderie of a supportive group setting.

Before joining our group classes, all clients are required to take a one-on-one session for an assessment. This ensures that we can tailor our classes to suit individual needs and abilities, maximising the benefits of each session. We also offer taster sessions for new clients, providing an opportunity to experience the magic of Pilates before committing to a package.

Our pricing structure is designed to be flexible and affordable. Private sessions are priced at 55 for a one-off session or 500 for a package of ten sessions. Duo sessions are available at 75 for a one-off session or 700 for a package of ten sessions. Group classes, with a maximum of three participants, are priced at 20 per class.

To make it easy for clients to fit Pilates into their busy schedules, we offer a variety of class times throughout the week. Our current class schedule includes sessions on Monday at 10 am, Wednesday at 1 pm, Friday at 9:30 am, and Saturday at 10 am.
