Pilates in Mind

Pilates in Mind is a mobile Pilates business, servicing Sydney's Northern Beaches, bringing Pilates to you.   We are happy to come to your home, office, hotel, gym, or group meeting space to create a custom Pilates class for your needs. We also offer a mobile Physiotherapy service, providing treatment in the privacy and comfort of your own home.

Our mobile Pilates service can be tailored to a variety of fitness levels and requirements.  We can create a specialised programme for each individual or group, from beginner to professional athlete.  Our mobile service can focus on rehabilitation, injury-prevention, pre- and post-natal, corporate groups, or general fitness (toning, strengthening, and flexibility).  Individual, and small-group services completed with a Physiotherapist can be claimed through your private health fund.
