Classes are mat-based and need to be booked in advance. Each 50-minute session costs £6.50, with additional classes during the same week available at £5.00 per session.
The studio offers mixed ability classes, intermediate sessions, and resistance work classes designed for clients with osteoporosis. The timetable includes:
- **Mondays:** The Glasshoughton Centre, Castleford – Mixed Ability at 9:30 am, Back Issues at 10:30 am. Carlton High School, Pontefract – Mixed Ability at 6:30 pm.
- **Wednesdays:** St. Mary's Community Centre, Pontefract – Mixed Ability classes at 9:30 am, 10:30 am, and 11:30 am. Castleford Academy, Castleford – Mixed Ability at 7:00 pm, suitable for clients with back issues.
- **Thursdays:** The Glasshoughton Centre, Castleford – Intermediate class at 9:30 am.
- **Fridays:** Mixed Ability classes at 9:00 am and 10:00 am.
Prefer online classes? Join via Zoom on Tuesdays, with Mixed Ability at 9:00 am and a resistance work session ideal for osteoporosis at 9:30 am. Online classes are priced at £2.25 per session.
Private classes and home visits can be arranged upon request. Sports massage sessions are also available for £30.
