With twelve years of experience in the field, Nikki takes a friendly and caring approach, placing a specific emphasis on relaxation to allow Pilates to work its magic on both the mind and body. Her classes are attended by clients mainly from northwest boroughs, Harrow, and Stanmore, and she also offers one-on-one sessions in clients' homes upon request.
