Kim has an extensive background in both the dance and fitness industry. Trained in classical ballet and contemporary dance at the Martha Graham Contemporary Dance School in New York City, she understands the importance of pilates as a complementary training method. Kim received her instructor training at the Kane School in New York and under the Stott Pilates method. She holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science from ACU and has obtained various certifications in Pregnancy and Exercise, Pilates for the Hyper-Mobile, Integrated Core Anatomy, and Posture Analysis.
With over 10 years of teaching experience, Kim is passionate about guiding clients through traditional Pilates exercises, integrating contemporary methods, and focusing on functional movement, strength, and mobility.
Kelsey is not only a yoga and meditation teacher but also a psychotherapist. Her journey into yoga began as a way to find relaxation and manage stress. With over a decade of personal practise and teaching experience, Kelsey has the knowledge and expertise to create a space for connexion to self, others, and the environment. Her classes are designed to help you find balance, both physically and mentally, and reconnect with your inner self.
