Augustin Hadonou, BSc(Hons) Physiotherapy, Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), is a highly skilled physiotherapist and clinical Pilates instructor. Augustin has a special interest in sports injuries and has worked with a variety of athletes. He is skilled at diagnosing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, helping his clients recover from injuries and improve their overall physical function.
These classes at Pilates Sheen & Richmond focus on using the Pilates equipment, including the trapeze table, reformer, wunda chair, and ladder barrel. In a 55-minute class, you will receive personalised instruction from our experienced instructors. The exercises are tailored to your specific needs and goals, helping you improve your strength, flexibility, and posture.
Reformer classes are a popular choice for clients who want to challenge themselves and take their Pilates practise to the next level. The reformer machine allows for a wide range of exercises that target different muscle groups and provide a full body workout.
