Payment for the block of classes must be made in full in advance to secure a place. If a class is missed, it can be made up in another class within the same block if space is available. However, missed classes cannot be carried over to the next block, and refunds cannot be given.
For attire, participants are advised to wear comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement, such as leggings or sweatpants with a t-shirt. Trainers are not needed as socks are sufficient.
