The Pilates Workshop is an award-winning Pilates studio dedicated to making Pilates and its associated benefits accessible to people of all ages and abilities. At our studio, we offer a wide range of Pilates classes each week. These classes include Group Pilates Matwork, Small Group Reformer classes, Yoga, Adult Ballet, and Private 1-2-1 sessions that may also incorporate the use of the Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair.
