At Pilates Cheshire, our mission is to help our clients achieve a fitter, more supple body through Pilates. We believe in the benefits of Pilates for promoting physical and emotional well-being. Pilates is a physical fitness system that focuses on spinal and pelvic alignment, as well as the development of a strong core. It was originally developed by Joseph Pilates and has since evolved into the contemporary Stott Pilates method, which incorporates current scientific and biomechanical research.
We offer a variety of Pilates classes to suit all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our matwork classes are fun and incorporate small equipment such as the flex band, Magic circle, foam roller, wobble board, and rotator discs. If you're interested in trying out the traditional Pilates Studio equipment, we also offer classes on the Reformer, Chair, Spine Corrector, and Barrels. These classes can be taken in a one-on-one setting, with a partner, or in small groups.
In addition to our regular Pilates classes, I am also a fully qualified instructor of the Pink Ribbon Programme, a specialised exercise regime for individuals recovering from breast cancer surgery. This programme is designed to assist with post-operative challenges and provide essential rehabilitation. I am passionate about continuing to learn and improve as a Pilates instructor. I have worked closely with physiotherapists, midwives, osteopaths, and other fitness professionals to enhance the standard and quality of my teaching. My goal is to provide a safe and effective exercise experience for all of my clients.
