Welcome to Pilates Centre, a fully equipped Pilates studio in the heart of Hamilton. With our team of experienced and fully qualified instructors, we are dedicated to helping improve your quality of life through Pilates.
Our studio is designed to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for all clients. Whether you are a beginner or have previous experience with Pilates, our instructors are here to guide and support you on your wellness journey. We offer a variety of classes to suit your needs and goals.
If you prefer more individual attention or are recovering from an injury, we offer private sessions. These sessions can be booked for one-on-one instruction, semi-private sessions, or small group bookings. Our instructors will tailor the exercises to your specific needs and help you rehabilitate or progress at your own pace.
Our reformer and mat classes incorporate modern ideas and methods, utilising contemporary knowledge of health and fitness. These classes focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body awareness. Our instructors will guide you through each exercise, ensuring proper technique and form to maximise results.
For those who cannot join us in person, we also offer online classes. You can join our classes from the comfort of your own home via Zoom, or request the recording to do the class at a time that suits you. We believe everyone should have access to Pilates, no matter where they are.
At Pilates Centre, we are passionate about helping our clients achieve an active, happy, and healthy lifestyle. We specialise in working with clients recovering from back pain, helping them regain strength and mobility. We also focus on teaching and practising good breathing techniques, creating balance and alignment in movement, assessing posture and movement patterns, and improving core strength.
