De Gasquet Method* in progress teaches how to effectively strengthen the abdominal muscles through the action of the perineum and proper breathing. It is essential for any abdominal muscle strengthening for quality deep core stability and safety.
Pilates Fascia is an approach characterized by slow and controlled movements to stretch, strengthen, and soften the fascia. This practice offers many benefits, such as improved posture, pain reduction, increased mobility, and enhanced coordination. This method is accessible to anyone looking to improve their overall physical fitness and well-being. The instructor Marie-C Cerbos practices Pilates on the mat and uses accessories such as the Reformer, De Gasquet method*, ongoing Pilates Fascia. After a five-year break in sports practice due to a car accident, she discovered Pilates, regaining body-mind connection, reducing pain, and restoring flexibility, balance, strength, and increased body awareness. With a passion for Pilates, she decided to fully dedicate herself to the method to transmit all its benefits. Trained in Pilates with Nathalie Pompelé Pilates Body & Flow, she expanded her skills with the De Gasquet and fascia methods and applies the latest findings in movement sciences to enrich her practice.

Pilates method offers a wide variety of exercises performed on the mat with concentration, precision, and safety for effective results. Breathing plays an essential role in executing movements, guiding and controlling each movement while providing a true feeling of relaxation and connection with the body. To amplify sensations and activate muscles deeply, various accessories can be used during sessions: the ball for stability and targeted muscle strengthening. The foam roller supports stretching, improving flexibility and balance. The Magic Circle adds extra resistance to strengthen and tone muscles. Duration: 55 minutes. Year Commitment: €15 per class.
