

Welcome to Pilates Body Lab, a small and welcoming Pilates studio located in the heart of Chislehurst. Our classes are designed to be enjoyable, with a focus on creating a friendly and supportive environment for all participants.
Classes are held at the Old Chapel, a beautiful building in Chislehurst, ensuring a peaceful and serene atmosphere for your Pilates practise. With a maximum of 12 clients per class, you can be assured of close supervision and individualised attention. This allows our experienced instructor, Michelle, to adapt exercises to suit the needs and abilities of both the group and individuals.
Our classes cover a wide range of mat exercises, incorporating the use of small equipment and props to add challenge, resistance, and enhance movement. All equipment, including mats, is provided, so you can arrive ready to focus on your practise.
We offer various class options to cater to different levels and goals. Our Beginner/Improvers class is perfect for those new to Pilates or who have been practising for a short while and wish to progress gradually. Gentle/Beginners classes focus on foundational techniques and good movement patterns for everyday functionality. Mixed Ability classes are designed for those with some Pilates experience and offer a more challenging workout, with options to progress to different levels as required.
Our pricing structure is based on booking classes by block, typically between 6–8 weeks. Each class is priced at 11 per session, with payment made in advance to secure your place. We also offer make-up sessions if you are unable to attend your regular slot, provided space is available and arrangements are made in advance.
For a more personalised experience, we also offer private sessions conducted in the comfort of your own home. These one-hour sessions allow for tailored Pilates training based on your specific needs and goals. Pricing for private sessions starts at 45 per session, with block discounts available for bookings of five or more sessions.
If you are new to Pilates or have a minor injury, we recommend starting with an introductory 1:1 session. Priced at 45, this session will introduce you to the Pilates method and allow us to discuss your goals and any specific considerations. This session also provides a smooth transition into joining group classes.
