Our studio is a funky and happy space, designed to inspire and motivate. We offer a dynamic variety of Reformer Pilates, Barre, and fitness classes that focus on strength, stretch, and fusion. Our signature classes are heated, similar to hot yoga, with our German-made far infrared (FIR) heater panels keeping the room at a cosy temperature of 27-33C. Exercising in a heated environment helps to loosen muscles, increase heart rate, boost metabolism, and promote detoxification.

For those who like it hot, we have the Red-former class, which brings the classic movements of our reformer class and adds some spice for maximum burn. The Booty Burn class combines the best of our Barre Attack class with the heat, leaving you feeling sweaty and accomplished. And if you really want to turn up the heat, our Hot Hitts class combines our Phitt class with heat and the hottest hits pumping out a seriously sweaty combination.

If you prefer a cooler environment, we also offer classic classes that provide energetic Pilates, Barre, and resistance style exercises. These classes offer a physical journey through fusion movement, choreographed sequences, and strength work. Our Reformer Strength class focuses on shaping and toning through the resistance of the reformer, while Barre Attack is a dynamic fusion of Pilates, ballet, and HIIT for a low impact, high-intensity workout. And if you're looking for a low impact and low-intensity workout, our Mat Pilates class combines classical and contemporary techniques.

To make our classes accessible to everyone, we offer various pricing options, including class passes and memberships. We also have a VIP membership called Very Important Pilates (VIP), which allows you to enjoy unlimited classes at both our Dunsborough and Busselton studios.
