Subsequent treatments are priced at 40 for a shorter or half-hour session, or 55 for a longer session. To discuss your physiotherapy requires, it is recommended to contact Angie Gregory MCSP.
In addition to their physiotherapy services, The Well Centre also offers neuro physiotherapy and Pilates sessions. They have organised a seated class specifically designed for individuals with neurological conditions, such as Parkinson's Disease, multiple sclerosis, or post-stroke, held on Zoom every Thursday at 11:30 am. These Pilates sessions cater to the unique needs of the group, ensuring individual attention and adaptation of exercises. Interested individuals are encouraged to complete a health form and may opt for a one-on-one session with the instructor before joining the class.
For those requiring individual physiotherapy treatment, The Well Centre provides a ground floor treatment room. Home visits can also be arranged for added convenience.
Pilates is known to benefit individuals with neurological conditions by improving balance, coordination, and strength through exercises that target core muscles. It can also help alleviate stiffness in joints and muscles, leading to relaxation. Having worked with neurological clients for the past 12 years, the team at The Well Centre has witnessed the positive impact of Pilates on individuals with neurological conditions, including improved walking ability, enhanced use of arms while sitting and standing, and overall ease of movement. Recent studies have further confirmed the benefits of Pilates, noting its positive effects on posture, immune system function, stress reduction, increased energy and bone density, improved circulation and respiration, as well as muscle tone.
At Pilates at The Well Centre in Leamington Spa, clients can expect a nurturing and supportive environment where they can improve their physical well-being through expert instruction and personalised treatment.
