The studio offers a variety of Pilates classes to cater to different needs. In their fully-equipped studio, they provide 1-on-1 private sessions at $150 for a casual lesson or $560 for a package of 4 lessons. They also offer semi-private sessions, with prices ranging from $37 for a casual lesson to $350 for a 10-week term. Additionally, they have small group mat classes at $31.
50 for a casual lesson or $295 for a 10-week term, excluding individuals with spinal or acute injuries. For those interested in using the reformer and tower apparatus, the studio offers casual sessions at $47 or a 10-week term at $450.
New clients and those interested in mentoring can take advantage of an introductory package at $245 or opt for 1-on-1 mentoring sessions for $150 per hour. A study group option is also available, accommodating a maximum of 6 students at $150 per hour.
The studio's owner and manager, Simmone Cser-Pratzky, is a comprehensive Pilates teacher with a diploma in Comprehensive Pilates Instruction from Polestar Pilates Education. She is also currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Exercise & Sports Science from Charles Sturt University. The studio's teachers, Penny Hundy and Charlotte Scurr, have also undergone rigorous training and hold various certifications in Pilates instruction.
