The class is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. The Studio offers both individual one-on-one sessions and studio sessions for two people to share. The studio session is a great option for friends or couples who want to work out together. Each studio session costs only £28.50 per person, and you can also purchase a block of 6 sessions for £161 per person.
All blocks must be paid for in advance and used within six months from the date of payment. Please note that cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or sessions not attended will be fully charged at the applicable rate.
Maxine, a highly trained and qualified instructor, will guide you through the Pilates exercises and ensure that you receive proper instruction and guidance. Maxine has received training and certification from The Body Control Pilates Association.
