If you have specific issues that require individual attention, we also offer private sessions.
All sessions at the Pilates Sanctuary Studio last for 1 hour, giving you ample time to engage in a comprehensive workout. If you are new to Pilates or returning from an injury, we may recommend an initial private session to address any specific concerns before joining group classes.

In terms of pricing, our private sessions are priced at £85 for a single session or £420 for a block of 5 classes. If you prefer the energy and dynamics of a group setting, our group sessions are available for £40 per single session or £195 for a block of 5 classes. Our opening hours are designed to accommodate your busy schedule. We are open from Monday to Wednesday, with sessions available from 7.30am to 8.00pm. On Thursdays, we open slightly later, from 8.00am to 7.00pm. Fridays are another great day to visit, as we are open from 7.30am to 6.00pm. On Saturdays, we accommodate your weekend fitness goals from 8.00am to 4.00pm. Please note that Sundays are reserved for studio hire events only.
