If you're interested in joining us for this event, here's what you can expect. Every new client undergoes an initial assessment and programming session, which includes a personalised health screen, postural analysis, and goal setting. Our instructors will also teach you the principles and benefits of the STOTT PILATES® method during this appointment. We want to ensure that you have a solid foundation before diving into the exercises.
To familiarise yourself with the prescribed exercises, new clients will also participate in two one-on-one mat sessions. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have and become comfortable with the movements. Once you've completed these sessions, you have the option to book private appointments, join group sessions, or attend classes.
When attending our sessions, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and socks for hygiene purposes. If you wear orthotics, proper footwear is encouraged. We kindly ask that you arrive early for your appointments and make bookings in advance to secure the most suitable times and availability. We also offer concession rates for multiple bookings and have a waitlist in case of class cancellations.
