The Wellington Health & Wellbeing Centre in Hastings is excited to announce a fantastic local Pilates event! If you're looking to feel good in your body and live your life with more energy and zest, then this event is perfect for you.
Our Pilates Equipment classes, held in our beautiful studio, are suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're an expert or a novice, a postnatal mom or an over-stressed dad, or even someone recovering from back problems, this technique will suit you.
During these classes, you'll get the opportunity to work on Balanced Body Allegro and Studio Reformers, as well as Pilates Trapeze Tables. Our studio provides a light and airy environment, creating the perfect atmosphere for your practice. Plus, these classes can be taken either privately or semi-privately, giving you the attention and support you need.
Pilates works every part of your body, helping to build strength and balance. Your small muscle groups will be targeted to condition and balance your body, making it more powerful and less prone to injury. Not only will you develop core strength and achieve a flatter stomach, but you'll also improve your posture, tone, and flexibility. Moreover, Pilates promotes mindfulness through breathing exercises, helping you focus your mind.
