At Hunter Physio, Kieran uses a variety of equipment, including hand and leg weights, stretch and booty bands, a Pilates ball, foam roller, sliders, and the Pilates Ring/Magic Circle. These props allow clients to challenge themselves and activate lazy muscles, creating a well-rounded and effective workout.
During the class, Kieran focuses on correcting imbalances, improving breathing and posture, and strengthening the core. Whether you're a ballet dancer, marathon runner, teenager, elder, or simply looking to improve your overall movement and fitness, Kieran will tailor the class to your individual needs and fitness level.
Hunter Physio offers both face-to-face and online Pilates classes, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for you. Bookings can easily be made online, making it convenient to secure your spot in the class.
But there's more to Kieran than just being a Pilates instructor. She also holds two degrees in Nutrition & Dietetics and Consumer Science, with a special interest in gut health and overall wellness. As a mother of three school-age children, Kieran understands the importance of Pilates for pregnancy and maintaining a busy mom life. Plus, she's married to Sports Physio Paul Hazell, so fitness truly runs in the family!
