In the Mat Pilates classes, body weight is used as resistance to increase strength, flexibility, and joint mobility. These classes are particularly beneficial for individuals with low bone density and can accommodate up to 12 participants.
If you're looking for a more challenging workout, Gaby also incorporates mat work into the Reformer classes. The Reformer classes utilise modern Pilates Reformer Machines, which provide stability and resistance through springs and straps. Correct posture, breathing technique, and muscle activation are emphasised. These classes are suitable for individuals with injuries as modifications can be made, and they are also great for more experienced clients aiming for faster results. Reformer classes have a maximum of 5 participants.
For new moms, there are Mums and Bubs Mat Pilates classes available. These classes allow new moms to safely get back into exercise while including their babies in the class. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, providing a supportive environment for new moms. A medical certificate is required for recent births, and up to 12 participants can join these classes.
Men's Reformer Pilates classes specifically focus on strengthening core muscles, back, glutes, hips, and legs. Although less emphasis is placed on strengthening the arms and legs, these classes still provide a comprehensive workout. Men's Reformer Pilates classes have a maximum of 5 participants.

To share the cost and still receive personal attention, individuals can opt for semi-private sessions with a maximum of 2 participants. These sessions can be either reformer or mat classes.
If you require rehabilitation or have specific injuries or conditions, Rehab Reformer classes are designed specifically for you. These classes prioritise strength, balance, flexibility, and special care for injuries.
It is important to arrive at least 5 minutes early to your booked session to check-in and store your belongings. Classes start on time, even if you arrive late. Private sessions are available by appointment only, and a 24-hour notice is required to cancel a class. Otherwise, it will be charged to your account. If you need to reschedule a private session within the same week, please provide reasonable notice.
For the classes, remember to bring your own mat for mat classes. For reformer classes, Pilates socks are recommended. Don't forget to bring a towel and a water bottle to keep yourself hydrated during the sessions.
