Before starting classes, players will need to come in for an Intro Session with one of Cadence Pilates' experienced Physiotherapists or certified Pilates instructors. Simply choose the most convenient location from their studios in Dernancourt, St Peters, Golden Grove, and Port Adelaide. Book your Intro Session along with your Intro Offer purchase and sign up with Cadence Pilates.
The Dernancourt studio is situated at 28/832-840 Lower N E Rd, Dernancourt SA 5075. The St Peters studio can be found at 115 Payneham Rd, St Peters SA 5069. For those in Golden Grove, the studio awaits you at Shop 37A, The Grove Shopping Centre, The Golden Way, Golden Grove SA 5125. And finally, the Port Adelaide studio is situated at Port Adelaide Plaza, 200/220 Commercial Rd, Port Adelaide SA 5015.
