Wellness Pilates for Body & Mind, a Pilates club in Bognor Regis, is excited to promote their upcoming local Pilates event, Pilates by the Sea. This activity focuses on the principles of Joseph Pilates and takes place in various locations, including Chichester Yacht Club in Chichester Marina and Clymping Village Hall on A259 Littlehampton to Bognor Regis.
To ensure individual attention, the classes are limited to a maximum of 12 clients and are 50 minutes long. What's more, there's even a 10-minute relaxation session with Tibetan sound healing bowls and guided relaxation included. Participants are kindly advised to arrive 10 minutes early to fill in a student declaration form. Please remember to bring your own mat, water, and a hand towel, as mats are not currently provided due to Covid restrictions.
Wellness Pilates for Body & Mind offers flexible pricing options to suit different preferences. You can either pay as you go or opt for discounted blocks of 4 classes. If you prefer a more personalised experience, they also provide 1 to 1 classes in the privacy of your own home or the instructor's studio for just £25. For those new to pilates, there is an assessment fee of £25 required. Additionally, 2 to 1 classes are available at a cost of £30.
