Pil Sung Combat Taekwondo provides taekwondo training and self-defence in East London, combining an eclectic approach to taekwondo with elements of MMA. The club supports beginners through to advanced fighters, with kids confidence building sessions and adult strength and stress relief training. Members practise sparring under Thai and K-1 kickboxing rules, plus intensive sparring and competition preparation for more experienced students. Classes run at Locksley Community Centre in London E14.
