For teenagers looking to stay active and have a blast, there's the Teen Gym class. For adults 18 and up, whether you're a beginner or an experienced gymnast, Leah invites you to dive into the Adult Gymnastics class – it's fun and challenging!
Kids 5 and up can jump into Trampoline & Tumble, where they'll build aerial awareness, strength, and coordination. And for those 6 and up, Rhythmic Gymnastics combines ballet, gymnastics, dance, and cool apparatus like hoops and ribbons.
