Booking appointments or pilates classes is quick and convenient with our online booking system. Simply visit our website and select the time, practitioner, and class type that suits you best. We accept all private health funds and have onsite Hicaps facilities to process your insurance card on the day. Free onsite parking is available directly in front of our building.
We are conveniently located in Grange, just minutes away from West Lakes, Tennyson, Henley Beach, Seaton, Woodville, Albert Park, and St Clair. Our clinic is open on weekdays with extended hours to accommodate different schedules.
