PhysioFIX Holland Park is excited to invite you to our upcoming Pilates event! Whether you're a seasoned Pilates enthusiast or just starting out, our club offers something for everyone.
Our group Physiotherapy Exercise sessions and Clinical Pilates are designed to cater to people of all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. We understand that everyone's needs and goals are unique, which is why our experienced and knowledgeable physiotherapists provide individualised assessments and tailor the sessions accordingly.
Our sessions incorporate Pilates-based strength and mobility work, as well as rehabilitation exercises, to help decrease pain, increase strength, improve posture, and enhance core strength. We pay special attention to the core abdominal muscles that support the spine, aiming to increase strength, improve posture, and enhance range of movement. Don't worry, we haven't forgotten about the rest of your body! Every muscle is toned, strengthened, and stretched for a full-body workout.
These sessions are not only beneficial for general fitness, but also for pregnant women and new mothers who are looking to regain their fitness, confidence, and strength. We understand the unique needs of this group and provide specialised exercises to support them on their journey.
To join our Clinical Pilates group sessions, participants need to complete the Physiotherapy Exercise Assessment and two Physiotherapy Exercise 1-on-1 sessions. Led by our qualified Pilates instructors, these sessions focus on a range of Pilates exercises to help you achieve a leaner, stronger, and more flexible body. Please note that private health claims are not available for these sessions.
If you're ready to dive into our sessions, the first step is to undergo an Initial Physiotherapy Exercise Assessment, followed by 1-on-1 assessments and exercise sessions with one of our physiotherapists. The fees for these sessions vary based on the level of the physiotherapist.
Once you've completed the initial sessions, you have the option to join our 1-hour Physiotherapy Exercise Sessions. These sessions utilise specialised Pilates equipment and other physiotherapy rehabilitation equipment to provide you with a comprehensive workout. With a maximum of 4–5 participants per session, you can be sure to receive individual attention and guidance. The fees for these sessions also vary based on the level of the physiotherapist.
And for those looking to take their Pilates journey to the next level, our 1-hour Clinical Pilates Sessions are the perfect fit. Guided by our qualified and experienced Pilates instructors, these sessions aim to further enhance strength, flexibility, and mobility through a range of Pilates exercises.
So, if you're ready to embark on a journey towards a stronger, healthier, and more flexible body, join us at PhysioFIX Holland Park for our upcoming Pilates event. We can't wait to have you on board!
