Starting off the week, we have Power Pilates (Advanced Level) on Monday's at 7.30pm. This class is designed for those looking to challenge their strength and endurance. If high-intensity workouts are your thing, this is the class for you!
On Wednesday evenings at 5.55pm, we offer intermediate Plym Pilates. This class focuses on building core strength and improving posture. It's the perfect option for those who have some experience with Pilates but still want to push themselves further.
If you're new to Pilates, don't worry! We've got you covered with our Beginners Plym Pilates class on Monday's at 6.30pm. This class is designed for beginners who want to learn the basics of Pilates and develop a strong foundation.
The Plym Pilates course starts again on Monday, September 11th, giving you plenty of time to plan ahead. Power Pilates also begins on Monday, September 11th. Plym Pilates, on the other hand, kicks off on Wednesday, September 6th. If you're interested in our Physi-Go Run or Physi-Go Mum classes, mark your calendars for Wednesday, September 6th and Friday, September 1st, respectively. And if you're keen on our Plym Pilates class, you can join us on Friday, September 1st.
