Our owner and sports therapist, Stephen Harris, has a wealth of experience working with local and international teams, including Swansea City Football Academy and Neath Rugby. He is passionate about rehabilitation and helping people, and his expertise lies in treating athletes from a range of sports, including rugby, boxing, and bodybuilding. However, our treatments are tailored to everyone, not just athletes.

Joining Stephen is Lily-Anne Roberts, our sports massage therapist. Lily has a Level 3 qualification in Prevention and Management of Sports Massage Therapy and is currently studying Level 4 to further enhance her skills. She is an athletic individual with a passion for netball, playing for local and national teams. Lily also plays rugby and football for Afan College.

With her knowledge and expertise, she aims to help others and herself in the future.

Located at Krimson Kings Tattoo Lounge in Glynneath, our clinic offers a wide range of services to aid in your recovery. From electrotherapy and sports massage therapy to dry needling and cupping therapy, we have various modalities to suit your individual needs. Our team is also trained in spinal manipulation and mobilisation, strapping and taping, heat therapy, and rehabilitation, strength, and conditioning exercises.

We are equipped to treat a variety of conditions, including sciatica, tennis, and golfer's elbow, trapped nerve, posture correction, joint issues, tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, back and neck pain, ligament damage, tension headaches, and delayed onset muscle soreness. In addition to our clinic services, we also offer event medical cover for a range of events throughout the UK. Our staff are not only sports therapists, but also qualified pitch-side first-aiders, trained in injury treatment, dressing, and the use of AED (defibrillator).
