Mohammed here wants to share a bit about what's going on at Physical Impact Kickboxing 🥋. He's got his hands full (in a good way) but wanted you all to know what makes the club tick.
Mohammed’s dedication to kickboxing is unquestionable. He's a qualified black belt and has competed at international levels 🏆. Every class he leads is packed with knowledge, and he's all about helping each one of you reach your potential while learning discipline, focus, and good manners.
The club isn't just Mohammed, though. He’s backed by a fantastic team of instructors – all black belts and first-aid trained with DBS checks in place. They're committed to sharing their expertise and guiding everyone on their martial arts journey.
Supporting this incredible team is a group of helpers and volunteers, selected through the leadership programme. They play a big part in keeping our environment welcoming and friendly for all!
Physical Impact Kickboxing has something for everyone, regardless of age or ability. Our classes aim to teach effective martial arts skills and self-defence, all while keeping fitness and fun in mind.
For those seeking a bit more tailored guidance, we offer PT sessions. These include health and nutritional advice, flexible plans, and support throughout the week. Whether you prefer one-on-one or small group sessions, we’ve got you covered.
One thing Mohammed and the team pride themselves on is the emphasis on discipline, focus, and manners. High expectations are set, but there’s plenty of support to help everyone improve their concentration and develop positive habits. Plus, the environment is clean, friendly, and open to all who wish to learn and grow in martial arts.
