Phoenix offers Family classes where parents, siblings, and children can train together, as well as dedicated Adult classes. These classes cover traditional Martial Arts and modern Kickboxing, ensuring a challenging yet achievable experience for all skill levels.
Members are not required to be in peak physical condition to join. Many come to tone up, lose weight, and improve their fitness in an enjoyable setting. Recognising the challenges of busy schedules, Phoenix provides classes six days a week at various locations in the south-west region.

Family/Junior classes offer the opportunity for all family members to train together, while those preferring to train solo can join classes tailored specifically for juniors. Adult classes, suitable for older juniors and adults, offer participation in either the Basic or Standard Programme.
The Basic Programme focuses on confidence building, anti-bullying and stranger danger techniques, fitness training, basic self-defence, and forms based around a Kickboxing syllabus. The Standard Programme includes additional training in traditional Tae Kwon Do, grappling techniques, take-downs, weapons training, advanced punching and kicking techniques, and advanced self-defence sparring.
