Welcome to Petersfield Pilates, Petersfield's first fully equipped Pilates studio. Located in The Old Meeting Hall on Barham Road, Petersfield, Hampshire, this studio is dedicated to helping individuals transform how their bodies move, feel, and look.

Pilates is suitable for a variety of individuals, including those looking to improve their posture, rehabilitate from injuries, pre/postnatal mothers, individuals seeking relaxation in their fast-paced lives, back pain sufferers, individuals with joint or alignment problems, individuals with bone health issues such as osteopenia and osteoporosis, athletes who want to prevent injuries, athletes seeking to improve form and function in their chosen sports, and anyone looking to start or continue their fitness journey.

At Petersfield Pilates, the well-being and privacy of our clients are of utmost importance. We have provided an enrolment form which can be completed and submitted via email or handed in person to the teacher. All information shared is treated with confidentiality and securely stored. We do not share any information unless requested by a GP, physio, or health professional and only with the client's consent.

We offer a range of classes to cater to different levels and needs. If you are new to Pilates, we recommend starting with a few private lessons to prepare before joining an Improvers class.
