Peterborough Sport & Wellness Centre

Located at 775 Brealey Drive in Peterborough, Ontario, the Peterborough Sport & Wellness Centre is a state-of-the-art, one-floor accessible facility that serves as the hub for sport and fitness for Fleming College and the surrounding community. The Centre features an Aquatic Centre with a leisure pool that is 20 meters in length and includes three lanes, a water slide, and a PoolPod accessible chair lift. The pool is used for various activities such as fun swims, lane swims, fitness classes, swimming lessons, birthday parties, and day camps. With a comfortable temperature range of 81 to 83 degrees Fahrenheit, the pool can accommodate up to 175 people.

In addition, the Aquatic Centre includes a therapy pool that is warm and shallow, equipped with a wheelchair ramp, a swirl pool with therapeutic jets, and seating. This pool is suitable for gentle fitness classes, wellness swims, swimming lessons, fun swims, nursery swims, and private rentals. With a temperature range of 91 to 93 degrees Fahrenheit, the therapy pool can accommodate up to 48 people.

For those looking to host a party or event at the Centre, there are options available for private rentals during specified times, with at least 10 days' notice required for booking.
