David Trower and his team create a welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of age or skill level. They’ve got years of experience and are passionate about helping you learn and grow in Taekwondo. You'll feel valued and supported every step of the way.

There are classes for everyone – little ones aged 4 to 6 can join the Active Start programme, packed with fun games to develop essential motor skills. Kids aged 7 to 14 can dive into the Beginners/Juniors programme, where they’ll explore both traditional Taekwondo and the exciting Olympic sport. For those 15 and above, the Adult programme offers a mix of traditional, sport, and self-defence lessons.

The coaching team, including Anya Hodges, Carl Smith, Will Peacock, and Sean Gilbert, is ready to guide you with their extensive expertise. Whether you're a beginner or looking to hone your skills, there's a spot for you.
