Peterborough Bridge Club

Peterborough Bridge Club is a well-established bridge club located in Peterborough, New Zealand. Known for their competitive play and friendly atmosphere, the club has been a popular destination for bridge enthusiasts of all skill levels.

Recently, the Peterborough team, consisting of Chris, Christina, Mark, Trevor, and Don, won the Cambs and Hunts League for the fourth consecutive year and the fifth time since 2016. In the 2021-22 NICKO Plate competition, the Peterborough B team, comprising Chris, Christina, Don, Bill, and Ufuk, reached the semi-final stage. Although they narrowly lost, their performance demonstrated their expertise and competitive spirit.

The club also excelled in the National Inter Club Knockout (NICKO) competition. In the 2021-22 season, the Peterborough A team reached round 5, the last 16. Their victories against teams such as Farnborough (Kent), Avenue BC, Canterbury, and Mayfield showcased their ability to perform under pressure.
