Welcome to Perth Leisure Pool, one of Scotland's most popular visitor attractions since its opening in 1988. Located just a five-minute walk from Perth City Centre, the train station, and bus depot, our fantastic venue offers a wide range of amenities including training water, leisure water, flumes, a gym, health suite, and much more. We even have shared parking with our neighbouring venue, Dewars Centre Ice Rink.
For families, we have the Outdoor Lagoon where kids under 5 can enjoy for free. Although our Whirlpool feature is currently unavailable, we still offer a variety of facilities to cater to the whole family. Please note that although bookings are not required, we operate scheduled sessions in our pools to avoid overcrowding. We recommend checking our timetable before arriving to ensure your visit goes smoothly.
Our facilities include the Leisure Pool, Outdoor Lagoon, Training & Teaching Pool, Club Swimming, Flumes, Wild Water, Whirlpools, Monkey Jungle, Health Suite, Fitness Gym, and Fitness Classes. We also provide additional amenities such as changing rooms, showers, disabled changing rooms, disabled access, baby changing facilities, and a play park & picnic area.
In our Fitness Gym, you'll find a range of cardio and resistance equipment from LifeFitness, including treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, rowers, chest press machines, lat pull down machines, pec fly/rear deltoid machines, dual adjustable pulleys, leg curl/extension machines, and free weights. The gym is open from Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 9:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Sunday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
At Perth Leisure Pool, we also offer swimming lessons for children and adults of all ages and abilities. From early years lessons for adults with babies, toddlers, and children, to pre-school lessons for beginners, improvers, and advanced swimmers, we cater to everyone's needs. We also have swim skills levels 1 to 4 for school-age children, a club-ready level for those preparing to join a swimming club, adult lessons for individuals aged 16+ with limited swimming ability, and 1-2-2 bespoke lessons with two people per instructor for extra support.
We are delighted to announce that the flumes, indoor leisure water, and monkey jungle have reopened as normal from November 18th at 10 am. Although the outdoor section remains closed, we encourage all customers to check our timetables before travelling.
