Our online + gym access membership provides you with a customised fitness programme delivered through a training app, updated every six weeks. You also benefit from 24/7 access to our private studio, body scans every six weeks to track your progress, accountability, and guidance through your programme, weekly check-ins, in-person catch-ups when required, and nutrition support.
For those seeking extra guidance and motivation, our online + gym access + PT membership includes all the features of the previous membership, with the addition of a private PT session once a week with one of our highly trained fitness professionals. We believe that the personal touch of a one-on-one session can greatly enhance your fitness journey.
In addition to our regular memberships, we also offer alternative memberships with more than one PT session per week, as well as the option to add one-off PT sessions to any membership, subject to availability. For those with a FIFO lifestyle, we have specialised memberships based on roster flexibility.
