We offer a range of training rates to suit your needs, including private sessions and group sessions. Our private sessions provide you with one-on-one or two-on-one training, while our group sessions allow you to train with like-minded individuals in a supportive and motivating environment.
To book a session, simply refer to the timetable above to see availability times. Then, use the inquiry form at the bottom of the page to specify your desired time, day, and type of booking. Our staff will confirm your session via return email.
We kindly request that you adhere to our conditions of booking, which include a maximum of 6 customers per group and a 24-hour cancellation notice. This allows us to accommodate other customers and ensure the smooth operation of our sessions.
