One of our signature offerings is the P360 Work Out of the Day, which incorporates a variety of training modalities such as Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, strongman, interval, and HIIT training. These workouts are specially designed to target endurance, stamina, and performance, ensuring a well-rounded and challenging workout for our members.

For those interested in powerlifting, we have a dedicated class that focuses on the disciplines of the barbell. If Olympic weightlifting is your passion, we have you covered too. Our Olympic weightlifting class focuses on the complexities of snatch, clean and jerk, and their auxiliary movements. For those looking for a bodyweight-focused workout, our Callisthenics class is the perfect fit. In addition to our classes, we also offer Open Gym hours for those who prefer to work on their own personalised programmes. This exclusive time slot is available only to our Ultimate Memberships members, providing a dedicated space for individuals to focus on their individual fitness goals.
