Each of our personal trainers holds a minimum qualification at level 3, ensuring that you receive expert guidance. We understand that finding the right personal trainer can be a challenge, which is why we take the time to match you with a trainer who understands your goals and will develop a personalised programme that pushes you to your limits, while still making every session enjoyable. We offer personal training sessions on an individual basis or in blocks, allowing you to choose the package that suits your needs and preferences.
In addition to personal training, we also offer group PT packages. Our small group PT sessions have a capacity of six people per group, and are led by fully qualified strength and conditioning coaches. At Pepper Road Fitness, our focus is on functional training, aiming to improve our clients' strength and fitness levels. Our group sessions are perfect for both men and women, and cater to all levels of fitness.
Upon becoming a member, you will gain access to our convenient booking app and training app. Through these platforms, you can easily schedule your sessions, track your progress, and access your customised training programme.
We offer various membership options to suit your needs and goals. Our options include 3 sessions per week, Saturday stretching and mobility sessions, 2 sessions per week, and 1 session per week, with prices ranging from 60 to 120 per month. All membership options also include access to Team HYROX.
Speaking of HYROX, it is a unique sport that combines running and eight different workouts. The set-up and order of workouts are the same worldwide, making it a challenging yet inclusive activity for everyone. Whether you're a HYROX professional, a veteran, or a first-timer, you can participate and compete on the same day. The average finisher time across all categories is 90 minutes, highlighting the accessibility of HYROX.
