Peninsula Ballroom has been conducting classes in Latin American, Standard Ballroom, New Vogue/Sequence and also Bridal Dance lessons on the Northern Beaches for over 20 years.
The teacher, Gaille Bowe is highly qualified and very experienced dance teacher.
Gaille is a Fellow and Examiner and is qualified in three styles.
She is a members of The Federal Association of Teachers of Dancing (FATD), The Australian National Dance Association (ANDA), The Australian Dancing Society (ADS) and The Society of Teachers of Dance (SATD).
Gaille is also a Championship Adjudicator with Dancesport Australia (DSA) and the Australian Dancing Board (ADB).
Weekly Classes are conducted in a relaxed and fun atmosphere for Beginners to Intermediate/Advanced with the assistance of a professionally qualified Associate teacher.(FATD)
Apart from being a great way to meet people and make new friends, dancing is a fun way to exercise the mind and body and keep fit. All ages are welcome.
Private lessons and Bridal dance lessons (couples or groups) are available by appointment.
Dance Assessments (Medal Tests) are also available.
A Latin Line Dancing class is also held each Thursday night from 6.15pm to 7.00pm during school terms at Narrabeen Baptist Church Hall ! 3 Grenfell St. It is a fun exercise class for individuals to Latin rhythms.
