Pembroke Yoga offers six yoga styles from Yin and Gentle Flow for relaxation to Vinyasa and Ashtanga for strength and cardiovascular challenge. Based at No. 87 Main Street in Pembroke, the studio caters to beginners through experienced practitioners, with specialist Pregnancy Yoga for expectant mothers. Classes emphasise alignment, breath control, and mindfulness. The studio also hosts workshops and events, and space is available to hire. Studio manager and certified instructor Bethan Jones has been guiding practitioners since 2018.
