This unique class is divided into two parts, ensuring that participants get the most out of their time with us. For the first 30 minutes, you'll hop on a spin bike and ride your way to increased cardiovascular fitness. Get ready to feel the burn as you pedal away, pushing yourself to new limits.
But we're not done yet! The next 30 minutes will be spent on the gym floor, where you'll have the opportunity to work with dumbbells and engage in body weight exercises. This portion of the class focuses on targeting different muscle groups in your body, helping you build strength and tone up.
Pedal & Pump is not for the faint of heart – it's a fast-paced and intense class that will truly challenge you. So make sure to bring a sweat towel and a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout the session.
Interested in joining? Pedal & Pump classes are available on Thursday evenings and Friday mornings, allowing you to fit in a workout whenever it suits your schedule.
We know that convenience is key, so we offer the option to make payment in advance or on arrival. To secure your spot, simply get in touch with our organisers and make a reservation. Each session costs £12.00, or you can opt for a block of four sessions at the discounted price of £40.00.
